My time at Heartful Yoga retreats will never be forgotten. Gail gives her heart and soul to each individually person at her retreat and she was so nurturing, which is exactly what I needed. As a full time, teacher and a mom, a few days to myself where I give nothing but love and care was a Godsend. I didn’t realize how much I needed it until I was there. Some of the highlights of my time there included the homemade delicious healthy food, the outdoor yoga classes with the incredible mountain and river views and a relaxing dip in the Delaware River, which was literally steps away from the house. I am looking forward to returning and I highly recommend this retreat center to anyone who can use a few days of TLC. Gail will not let you down

I recently attended a yoga retreat in Hancock, NY and it was an incredibly peaceful and relaxing experience. The views are absolutely stunning offering a sense of tranquility that enhanced the overall experience. One of the highlights of the retreat was the opportunity to meet other positive and uplifting women, making the retreat not only a physical rejuvenation but also an emotional and spiritual one. The retreat was well organized and the host, Gail is AMAZING.
